Product AvailabilityMany of our products ship within 24 hours. Other products ship within 7 - 10 days of placing your order (not including weekends, holidays or the day the order was placed). Some specialty products require a longer lead-time. In such circumstances, our Customer Service team will notify you those lead-times via email. We'll do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. ReturnsAll products purchased through G-STYLE are backed by our 30 day return Guarantee. You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days after the shipment date if you are dissatisfied for any reason, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. All electrical products such as HID Headlight Kits, Video Adaptors, LCD Screens, ect do not apply to our 30 day return Guarantee and are not returnable, all sales are final on electrical products. Custom painted products such as Tire Covers, Spoilers, Fender Flares, ect do not apply to our 30 day return Guarantee. All sales are final on Electrical, Custom Painted and made to order and Special Order items. All returns MUST be accompanied by a return authorization number and must be received at G-STYLE within 30 days after the shipment date. All products must be in new undamaged and uninstalled condition with all factory packaging / paperwork to be eligible for return or exchange, all products installed are not returnable and wll be refused. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. We inspect each product before it is shipped to make sure that there is no damage before it leaves the warehouse. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the shipping company. We realize that problems may occur and are committed to working with you to assure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
